At NAP TREND, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a hassle-free return process to make it simple and convenient.


How to Start a Return

All returns must be initiated through our dedicated returns portal.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, and free from odors, marks, or stains.

  • All tags and protective packaging must be intact.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and include proof of purchase.

  • Final Sale or discounted items marked as such are non-returnable.

  • Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories are not returnable.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 return label fee.
    (Fee waived if you choose store credit or exchange.)

  • All returns are manually reviewed by our team. Please allow up to 14 business days after the return is received.

  • Orders placed using installment services (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna) remain subject to their payment terms.


Exchanges

We offer:

  • Standard Exchanges

  • Instant Exchanges (require a temporary credit card authorization)

Note:

  • Exchanged items can only be returned once and are only eligible for store credit.

  • International customers, including Canada, can return for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.


International Orders (Including Canada)

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for orders outside the U.S.

  • Customers must return items to our designated address at their own cost.

  • Once approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.


Defective Items or Order Errors

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Contact us immediately at Contact@Naptrend.com with photo or video proof of the issue.


How to Return

  1. Go to our returns portal and follow the instructions.

  2. Print your return label (if applicable) and securely pack your item.

  3. Include the return form inside the package.

  4. Drop off your return with the designated carrier.

  5. Once received, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
